At
the Yunpen works at Taiwan & Mainland China, a total Q.C
system is implemented such that a rigorous Q.C cycle is there
to intervene way from the incoming material inspection to
ensure quality conformities, warehousing, production, inspection
of finished products through packing, labeling stage inclusive,
with a view to safeguard the stability, effectiveness and
security of drugs before leaving the plant.
The
Q.C.'s department is an exclusive unit working independently
with absolute authority as an authoritative unit, it operates
independently in regard to the releasing of finished products
ready for shipping, Q.C.'s authority in this connection even
overrides the board. Currently specially trained inspections
at the Quality Control Department are posted in charge of
Quality Control, and Quality Audlt (Quality Inspection), Quality
Assurance, with field Q.C. or product assaying assurance,
with sampling prosecuted strictly in accordance with standard
Q.C. operation procedures so as to ensure that any quality
problem or error is detected in time before they develop and
pass to the next stage of processing.
